The current battlefield situation in Ukraine offers an opportunity to take decisive steps toward ending the war, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said during the Ukraine-Southeast Europe Summit in Dubrovnik, Reuters reported.
“In October, November, and December, we have a chance to move toward peace and lasting stability,” Zelenskyy emphasized. “The situation on the battlefield creates an opportunity to make this choice—the choice for decisive actions to end the war no later than 2025.”
