The highlight of the anniversary celebrations was an award banquet held at Cedarbrook Country Club in May. The event saw the participation of Rotary District 7690 Governor Van Lankford, Area Assistant Governor Tonda Phillips, and several of the original founding Charter Members, including Ann Ashman, Bob Ball, Jan Christiansen (Gordon), Steve Erlandson, and Perry Jernigan.
