World of Ice Exhibit Planned for Riviera Beach in Lake Geneva this Winter: A Magical Frozen Experience Awaits

Wind chills reaching as low as -25 degrees have prompted the proposal of a World of Ice exhibit at Riviera Beach in downtown Lake Geneva. A Winter Wonderland Comes to Life All Community Events in Lake Zurich, Illinois, are set to construct a stunning display of 15 ice sculptures positioned along Riviera Beach. A Spectacular Frozen Experience Robert Jaenicke, the representative for All Community Events, promises attendees a magical experience like never before. Santa on a sleigh and other ice installations will captivate visitors in a world made entirely of ice. Sculptures Maintained at Subzero Temperatures The ice sculptures will be kept between 20 and 30 degrees, using only water to freeze them, with no chemicals involved. Event Permit Approved The Lake Geneva City Council's Finance, Licensing and Regulation Committee has granted an event permit for the exhibit, set to open from Dec. 5, 2024, to Feb. 2, 2025. Extended Hours and Potential Future Plans Attendees can choose specific time slots to avoid overcrowding. The event may be extended into February if successful, although maintaining sculptures can be challenging.
