Coroner Leon Jones from Macon-Bibb announced the tragic passing of a Wesleyan College student-athlete after suffering from a cardiac arrest on Saturday.

The young athlete, identified as Nefertari Holston, a 23-year-old from Dothan, Alabama, was pronounced dead at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Atrium Health Navicent.
