The 'Ber' months are here and so are fun activities with Caldwell County 4-H

As September arrives, we’re diving into fair and festival season! The Caldwell County Agricultural Fair will be held from Sept. 25 to 28, and our brand-new 4-H Fall Fest is set for Oct. 25! Plus, we’ve got two exciting craft days on Oct. 14 and Dec. 20.

There are plenty of ways for Caldwell County youth to get involved in the County Fair! From showing livestock to submitting entries for judging in the exposition hall, there’s something for everyone. Showing livestock offers a chance for youth to learn responsibility and gain confidence by caring for and presenting animals. Or, if they’d prefer, they can enter various categories in the expo hall, where their creativity will be rewarded with cash prizes! You can find a complete list of entry categories linked below. I can’t wait to see what our talented 4-H’ers come up with this year!
