- Bon Ventures DBA Cinnabon at 142 Park City Center in Lancaster received a complaint due to food employees in the prep area not wearing proper hair restraints.
- Froots at 142 Park City Center in Lancaster also faced a similar issue of food employees in the prep area not following proper guidelines.
- Giant Food Store No. 6485 at 789 E. Main St. in Mount Joy had various issues, including the accumulation of grease residue, static dust, and old food residue in different parts of the facility.
- Vets Home Association of Mountville at 48 E. Main St. in Mountville was found storing raw beef above tomatoes and a box of raw chicken on a keg of beer, among other violations.
- Vinny and Thoze Guys Pizzeria in Lancaster received a complaint.

While some establishments faced violations, there were also several that passed the inspections without any issues. Some of these include Comfortably Yum, Donegal High School, Oola Bowls - Intercourse, and Two Cousin's Pizza of Manheim.
