Salehe Bembury has recently introduced the newest additions to his Crocs Saru Clog line. The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Saru Clog will be launching this week in two exciting color variations: the striking "Geneva" blue and the vibrant "Citrine" yellow.
Bold Collaboration with The Alchemist
For this collection's promotional campaign, Bembury enlisted the renowned hip-hop producer, The Alchemist, to showcase the new designs. The Alchemist, who previously collaborated with Bembury on the KD 17 release in June, brings a fresh perspective to the Crocs Saru Clog.
Innovative Design Approach
Initially launched earlier this year, the Saru Clog merges Bembury's Pollex Clog and the iconic Classic Clog. The upper section features the familiar silhouette of the Classic Clog but without a strap, while the sole incorporates Bembury's distinctive fingerprint motif. The latest iterations showcase a monochromatic design in their respective captivating colors.
Continued Success and Recognition
The Saru Clog marks the third collaborative silhouette between Bembury and Crocs since their partnership commenced in 2021. Following the popularity of the Pollex Clog and Slide releases, which garnered widespread acclaim, the duo was honored with the Collection of the Year award at the 2023 FN Achievement Awards. Additionally, their debut sneaker model, the Juniper, was unveiled this year.

Former Crocs CEO, Michelle Poole, emphasized the brand's commitment to innovative creativity, citing Salehe Bembury's contributions as instrumental in attracting a new demographic of customers. The upcoming Salehe Bembury x Crocs Saru "Geneva" and "Citrine" models are scheduled to drop this Thursday, July 11, exclusively on Bembury's Be a Spunge website, priced at $75.
