A new culinary experience is on the horizon as Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, known for her prowess on Food Network, gears up to take over a restaurant at Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola this fall.
Culinary Delight at Seven Ponies Restaurant
Chef Guarnaschelli, famous for her role as an Iron Chef and the creative mind behind Butter Restaurant in New York, will be showcasing her skills at Seven Ponies Restaurant within the resort premises. Guests can savor a delectable four-course meal curated by the renowned chef.
The dining event will take place on Friday, Nov. 1, and Saturday, Nov. 2, with seatings at 5:30 and 8 p.m. Throughout these evenings, Chef Guarnaschelli will be actively involved in the kitchen alongside the Seven Ponies team, as well as making special appearances in the dining area. The exclusive menu will be available until Nov. 24, allowing patrons ample time to indulge in the exquisite offerings.
A Gastronomic Journey
Diners can look forward to a tantalizing lineup, starting with classic calamari served with marinara dipping sauce, followed by a fresh iceberg salad accompanied by herb-infused red wine dressing. The main course will feature succulent chicken marsala and flavorful lasagna bolognese with tender braised beef short ribs. To conclude the meal on a sweet note, a 'jumbo' affogato comprising vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and espresso will be served.
