The Putnam County Youth Vaping Prevention Task Team recently unveiled the winners of the Spring 2024 Youth Anti-Vaping PSA contest. Middle and high school students in Putnam County were tasked with creating powerful anti-vaping messages to be featured on billboards. The winning designs, crafted by talented young minds, are now prominently displayed on WV Outdoors billboards throughout the county, sending a clear message to the community about the dangers of vaping. These impactful billboards are set to remain in place until the end of September, serving as a reminder to all residents about the importance of staying vape-free.
