Lafayette food truck park introduces sample boxes
A unique concept has been unveiled at Park De Oaks food truck park, offering customers the opportunity to try a variety of dishes from different food trucks all in one box. The first Parc De Oaks sampler platter will feature items from popular Lafayette food trucks, including an egg roll from Nina Creole, a Korean fried chicken bao bun from Bayou Bao Co., Crack Wings from Southern Kreole, a wonton taco from Noodlehead, and an Italian ice cup from Rockin' Ice. This exciting new offering will be available starting Sept. 21 at Parc De Oaks on Moss St., Lafayette.
Owners introduce Parc Sampler
Chris and Andrea Amos, the owners of Parc De Oaks, have decided to make the decision-making process easier for customers by introducing the Parc Sampler box. This box will showcase signature menu items from five different food trucks, allowing customers to experience a taste of each without having to choose just one. The idea behind this new concept is to give people the opportunity to try something different and unique from the various food trucks parked at Parc De Oaks.
Exciting new event at the food truck park
Along with the introduction of the Parc Sampler, Parc De Oaks is gearing up to host their biggest event of the year - the October pumpkin patch. This event will offer visitors the chance to enjoy activities, take pictures, and purchase pumpkins, making it a fun-filled outing for the entire family. The pumpkin patch will open on the weekend of Oct. 11 and run for three weeks.
