Compared to its predecessor, the Meta Quest 3, the Quest 3S offers a slightly lower resolution display with 773 pixels per inch (ppi) and uses Fresnel lenses. It also has a smaller field of view at 96 degrees horizontal/90 degrees vertical. The Quest 3S is available for preorder on Meta's website, starting at $299.99 for 128GB of storage. For those looking for more storage space, a 256GB option is available for $399.99.
