Waiting Under the Willow Foundation talks about their newest furry friend, Tito – a 6-month-old shepherd mix with a heart of gold!
Introducing Tito: The Shy Yet Lovable Pup
Waiting Under the Willow (WUWF) recently paid a visit to KPRC 2 Studios to showcase Tito, a sweet 6-month-old puppy found abandoned at a park. Tito may be a bit reserved at first, but once he trusts you, he's all cuddles and kisses! This shepherd mix is expected to stay on the smaller side, weighing in at around 30 to 35 pounds once fully grown. Currently in a loving foster home, Tito gets along famously with children and other pets.
Raising Awareness for Childhood Cancer
In addition to spotlighting Tito, WUWF shed light on Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and their latest volunteer, Kaylyn White. Having battled leukemia at just 12 years old, Kaylyn found solace in the therapy dogs that visited MD Anderson during her grueling treatments. Now in remission and eager to give back, Kaylyn is dedicated to supporting the four-legged companions who provided her with so much comfort.
