Iron Hill Construction Management will soon begin a 2,280-square-foot office renovation for TuWay Communications in Bethlehem.

Iron Hill, which is a subsidiary of J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc., constructed the original facility 23 years ago for the mission-critical communications service provider at 2115 City Line Road. TuWay specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication systems.

Iron Hill is now set to begin construction on the renovation project for the building in late 2024 to early 2025. The expansion and retrofit will involve converting the second-floor storage space into additional offices and employee support areas.

“Our public safety and enterprise clients depend on 24/7/365 communications access and support. The expansion project is conceived and sequenced to ensure it will not interrupt our operations at any time. Iron Hill understands the mission-critical nature of our client’s needs and will work with us to meet them,” said Thomas Giles, COO and general manager of TuWay.
