RICHLANDS, Va. – The Richlands Police Department was investigating threats to harm others made Wednesday by an individual often seen in the community's downtown.
"We are currently investigating threats to do harm to others being made by an individual known as Andy Mullins," according to a statement from the Richlands Police Department. "He is known to frequent the downtown area."
"A heavy police presence, including the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office are in the area," police officials said. "If you see this man, please do not approach him. Call 911 with his location immediately."
