Or, the Fat Breakfast bursting with fried eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, mozzarella sticks, tots, American cheese, ketchup, and Tapatío on a grilled hero.

Expanding the Menu
Aside from the signature fat sandwiches, Fat Sal's also offers fat fries, fat shakes, and fat sides. The 'Make It Fatter' section on the menu provides around 50 add-ons, from tots to grilled chicken, fried eggs to hot peppers, allowing patrons to customize their meals.
A Growing Empire
Founded in 2010 in Los Angeles by Salvatore Capek (Fat Sal), Josh Stone, and actor Jerry Ferrara, Fat Sal's has expanded to eight locations, including one in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With plans to open at Miracle Mile Shops on the Strip, the anticipation for the Fat Sal's Deli experience continues to grow.
