Delaware County, PA - MVP Recovery has recently opened the first 24/7 mental health stabilization center in Delaware County, providing crucial services to those in need. The MVP Recovery S.T.A.R. Program, located at 2200 Providence Ave. in Chester, offers Stabilization-Triage-Assessment-Referral services around the clock. Since its launch on May 28, the program has already assisted 15 individuals, with 60% seeking help for substance abuse issues.
