Celebrating Allen County's Bicentennial: Local Artists to Unveil Stunning Sculptures Across the County

Over a dozen talented artists have been chosen to participate in the 'I Am Allen' sculpture project, a unique initiative celebrating Allen County's 200th anniversary. The project, organized by the Allen County Bicentennial Executive Board, aims to showcase the county's rich history and culture through a series of fiberglass sculptures placed in various cities across Allen County. Each sculpture, designed by Design Collaborative, stands 6 feet tall by 7 feet wide and will be individually painted by the selected artists.


A Tribute to Local History


The chosen artists will use their creative flair to highlight their community's unique heritage on the sculptures. From Woodburn to Zanesville, these stunning artworks will offer residents and visitors a glimpse into the diverse history of Allen County. Installation of the sculptures is set to commence in October, adding a touch of artistry to the county's landscape.
