Caroline Peterson: From Scholar Athlete to Future Chiropractor | High School Spotlight

Caroline Peterson
, the latest scholar athlete to be featured by KSAT 12 Sports and Christus Children's. Caroline, a senior at Pieper High School, has excelled both academically and athletically throughout her high school career.


Achievements and Future Plans

Caroline has been a standout member of the varsity volleyball team, earning Academic All-District honors for four consecutive years and Second-Team All-District recognition for two years. She is also a four-year member of the varsity track and field team, where she achieved the impressive feat of winning the 4A State Championship in the high jump in 2022. In addition to her athletic accomplishments, Caroline is a member of the National Honor Society and holds the title of AP Scholar with Distinction. Maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA, she currently holds the number one rank in her class. Caroline's future plans include pursuing track and field at the collegiate level, majoring in Kinesiology, and ultimately becoming a chiropractor.

When asked about her favorite high school memory, Caroline fondly recalls winning the state championship in high jump during her freshman year. She offers valuable advice to her peers on how to balance academics and athletics, emphasizing the importance of time management and avoiding procrastination.
