MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The 2024 Badger Challenge that was supposed to occur Sunday morning was canceled due to the severe weather.
Event coordinators announced on Facebook that the severe weather threats from the National Weather Service caused them to completely cancel the event.
The event features walking, running and biking races all to raise money for the UW Carbone Cancer Center.
According to their Facebook post, coordinators will be in touch with participants and volunteers about any plans to reschedule the event.
