Shooting leaves 2 dead multiple injured in Colorado at large house party Halloween night

NORTHGLENN, Colo. (KKTV) - Two people are dead as investigators are working to learn what led up to a deadly shooting in Colorado on Halloween night.

The Northglenn Police Department is reporting they were called to a home near Belford Drive and Bruce Lane at about midnight on Friday. The neighborhood is just west of I-25 and south of 104th Avenue, north of Denver.

“When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered a large house party with multiple people wounded by gunfire,” police wrote in a news release. “One person was discovered deceased on scene and five additional people were transported to area hospitals suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims transported to the hospital has been pronounced dead.”

As of 7 a.m. on Friday, no suspects were in custody.
