Russia may be burying fuel tanks underground at an oil depot in Sevastopol. This panic is observed following the attack on Feodosia, according to the Crimean Wind Telegram channel.
As reported by the Telegram channel, after the strike by Ukrainian defenders on the oil depot in Feodosia, a number of changes have been observed at the Russian Black Sea Fleet's oil depot in Sevastopol.

In particular, there has been a significant increase in the flow of fuel trucks entering and leaving the oil depot.
"Earthworks are being carried out at the oil depot - small fuel tanks are being buried underground, and caponiers are being built for equipment. They are also covered with camouflage nets," reports the Crimean Wind.
Additionally, ships have disappeared from the piers in the Oil Harbor. Now, a barge with reflectors has been placed there, which supposedly could help in case of a missile strike.
Attack on Feodosia
On October 7, Ukrainian defenders struck a Russian oil depot in Feodosia, resulting in a large fire. The attack was organized by a unit of the missile troops of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to recent satellite images, the oil depot in Feodosia was almost completely destroyed. The fire damaged 12 storage tanks, 8 of which were nearly completely destroyed.
