SPOKANE, Wash. – An early morning outage left about 180 homes in Browne’s Addition without power Sunday morning.
According to the Avista power outage map, the loss of power was first reported at around 4 a.m. Crews worked on restoring service into mid-morning, with an expected power restoration time of 12:45 p.m.
