LENOIR COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - Two students at an Eastern Carolina high school will be facing criminal charges, after a fight broke out at the school, according to deputies.
Deputies say this morning around 9:15 am, two students at North Lenoir High School got into a fight in the cafeteria. Officials say school staff and a school resource deputy were able to diffuse the situation quickly and no serious injuries were reported.
According to deputies, both students will be facing criminal charges.
After a minor disruption at the school, classes resumed.
