FLINT, Mich. (WNEM) – A fugitive who was once considered armed and dangerous has been arrested.
Crime Stoppers said authorities arrested 30-year-old James Sylvester Lara, who has felony warrants for assault with intent to murder, felony firearm, discharging a firearm from a vehicle, and felon in possession of a firearm.
