TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The City of Tyler is encouraging residents to utilize the downtown recycling center.
Curbside recycling is still suspended due to the recent fire at Rivers Recycling in Kilgore. Tyler Solid Waste Director Leroy Sparrow says the center is still running at full capacity.
