The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is gearing up to host a crucial event on October 26. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the community is invited to Piedmont Macon North for a prescription drug take back event. In partnership with the DEA for the 'National Take Back Initiative 27', this event aims to provide a safe and secure way for individuals to dispose of their medications.
Important Guidelines
Make sure to remove all name labels from the bottles before dropping them off. Labels on bottles will not be accepted. Please note that syringes, needles, and liquid medications will not be allowed at the event. This initiative is a great opportunity for the community to safely get rid of unused or expired prescription drugs.
