UKIAH, CA., 11/7/24 – Deep Valley Arts is asking artists to submit their artwork for its annual “Small Works” exhibit.
The exhibit, which is held in December, showcases art in all mediums that are priced at $200 or less, offering art lovers a chance to collect or gift original works at a smart price.
Deep Valley Arts is a nonprofit artist collective “that believes in the transformative power of making and experiencing art.” The group was founded in 2020 with the mission to “create a culture that nurtures artists’ development and success while contributing to the well-being of the collective.”
The group operates MEDIUM Art Gallery in Ukiah, where the “Small Works” exhibit will be held.
The exhibit runs Dec. 6-28 at MEDIUM Art Gallery in Ukiah, and all sales are “cash and carry,” meaning the buyer will leave with their artwork after buying it.
While art of any medium is welcome, framed pieces have a maximum framing requirement of 12” x 16”. There are no entry fees.
Entries must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. Nov. 24. Applicants will be notified that their piece(s) that have been chosen on Nov. 26. Learn more at deepvalleyarts.org/call-for-entry.
